Slowing down.

  • Slowing down can help communication to be more effective

  • We can listen to things faster, but we can’t download life that way

  • Living like a plant.

  • Remember why we are doing the project and connect it with your heart.

  • Her BIG WHY - Mission as an artist, a coach, and a person:

    • to elevate and uplift women’s voices.

Resilience.

  • Pivot by starting podcast and by focusing more on coaching

    • Perform and reach to people safely.

  • Biggest challenge: Believe in herself/Imposer syndrome.

    • So much resistance to change

    • Voices about not good enough

    • Admit that she has a lot of demons inside to battle.

    • But deep down she does believe in herself.

  • How do you want to be featured:

    • Bodice ripper project: sexy, silly stories wrote at the backstage at the opera.

      • It’s going to lead into the one-women show as a digital event in October. as part of the Philadelphia French Festival.

    • One on one coaching, & boot-camp.

  • For showing the resilience, you have to allow yourself to be vulnerable

    • Acknowledge there is fear./  we don’t know what’s coming around the corner.

    • when we name the fear, they lose its power. Understanding about ourselves

      • that where coaching comes in.

      • It’s harder to see the reality, our feelings.

      • It’s huge to reflect back. But it’s important to have a third person kind view.

“Live your life like you are building a sand castle. Enjoy it while you are making it. But let it go when the waves wash it away”

“Life is too important to take it too seriously.”
